It is November everyone!!
Time to consider our “Biggest Loser Challenge”
The Challenge is to lose some weight before the holidays are upon us, enjoy the holidays and then continue into the new year!
If you feel so inclined, please sign up if you want to be in the competition. If we have enough people we can have teams or we can do individual. I will be happy to post recipes and smart food ideas to help us all reach our goals plus exercise ideas. We can put together a group where the members can post ideas as well. I would like to get this going by the beginning of next week.
